IN's dining rooms: each dining room tells a story

Here, the space itself is also a work of art. The Italian artist Annalisa Maione—DADA—designed every corner of the restaurant like a scene, complete with its own name, color palette, and narrative. No two rooms are alike, just as no two visits are the same.

The main living room: Ottanio blue and open kitchen

The main dining room is bathed entirely in ottanio, the petrol blue that sets the tone for the whole house, with mustard-colored furniture that both disrupts and harmonizes the space. From its tables, you can see the live cooking and the laboratory where we knead the pasta every morning. The IN's home base—if anything here can even be called a home base.

Pink Room: the surreal corner

An intimate room painted entirely in coral, with a long wooden table and a recycled tree trunk transformed into a blue sculpture. A few elements, all carefully chosen. Ideal for small groups seeking a dining area with its own entrance.

Library Room and Cinema Room

The Library Room blends coral-colored bookshelves, the screen-printed IN logo, and windows that offer a view of the wine cellar: knowledge meets flavor. The Cinema Room, with its large social table and projector, is the heart of our events and group dinners.

Bathrooms that make you think

Even the restrooms have a story to tell: mustard-colored enamel and featuring Candy Chang's interactive installation 'Before I Die I Want To'. A chalkboard wall where each diner completes the phrase with chalk. Read it before you leave—some confessions are worth the visit.
